Bahraini journalist mourned

Manama, Jan. 1 (BNA): Bahrain Journalists Association (BJA) today mourned the sad demise of Rim Al Jowder, a Bahraini journalist who passed away after working in the print and broadcast media fields for two decades. The deceased started her career at Al-Ayyam newspaper, then moved to Al-Bilad daily before joining the Ministry of Information Affairs as senior business editor at the News Centre. In a statement issued today, the association prayed to Allah Almighty to rest her soul in eternal peace and give her family solace and fortitude, and paying homage to the deceased for her high morals, teamwork spirit and dedication. Al Jowder was buried today at Muharraq cemetery.
