Bahraini-Saudi economic relations highlighted

Riyadh, Jan. 12 (BNA): Industry, Commerce and Tourism Minister, Zayed bin Rashid Al-Zayani, met here today Saudi Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Bandar bin Ibrahim Al-Khorayef, on the sidelines of the ‘Future Minerals Forum’, held under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. Al-Zayani highlighted the deep-rooted fraternal relations between the two kingdoms, affirming the government’s support for all programmes, initiatives and projects that would enhance bilateral relations and serve the two brotherly peoples’ interests. He commended the strategic steps led by Saudi Arabia to achieve sustainable development across various economic sectors, including the mining sector, as reflected in its hosting the ‘Future Minerals Forum’. He also highlighted the varied investment projects launched by Saudi investors and businessmen in Bahrain, in addition to the joint Bahraini-Saudi projects, implemented in line with the aspirations of the two kingdoms’ leaderships, confirming the depth of bilateral relations and shared destiny.
