Bahraini-South Korean environment cooperation discussed

Manama, Mar. 10 (BNA): Chief Executive of the Supreme Council for the Environment (SCE), Dr. Mohammed Mubarak bin Daina, received here the South Korean Ambassador to Bahrain, Koo Hyun-Mo. Dr. Bin Daina lauded the advanced level of Bahraini-South Korean relations in various fields, praising the efforts of Ambassador Koo Hyun-Mo to bolster bilateral ties for the best interests of the two friendly countries. He also praised the progress made by the South Korea regarding the environment, and the preservation of natural and wildlife life. He also hailed South Korea’s strides in green technology, modern energy and sustainable development, expressing hope to increase cooperation in the field of environment and benefit from the country’s expertise through the exchange of information in this field. The South Korean envoy expressed sincere thanks for Dr. Bin Daina for the meeting, commending the SCE’s efforts to preserve the environment and wildlife, wishing the SCE further success. He also highlighted his country’s desire to increase cooperation with Bahrain to achieve the common goals, wishing bilateral relations further progress.
