Bahraini-Swiss cooperation in sustainable energy fields discussed

Manama, Nov. 28 (BNA): President of the Sustainable Energy Authority (SEA), Dr. Abdulhussain bin Ali Mirza, received here the Swiss Honorary Consul-General to Bahrain, Humbert Vincent Buemi. Dr. Mirza lauded the solid distinguished relations between the two friendly countries, as well as their joint cooperation in various fields, particularly sustainable development. He also commended the tremendous efforts exerted by the Honorary Consul-General to strengthen relations between the two countries. The two sides reviewed the main projects of the sustainable energy sector, and the possibility of Swiss companies’ participation in them. The Swiss Honorary Consul-General expressed his country’s readiness to enhance its cooperation with Bahrain in the field of renewable energy to serve common interests.
