Bahrain's ambassador in Abu Dhabi invited to historic Hope Probe launch

Abu Dhabi, July 21 (BNA): Bahrain's Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, remotely attended the historic moments of launching Hope Probe on its Mars mission. The ambassador had received a special invitation from Mohammed bin Rashid Space Centre. Shaikh Khalid extended his congratulations to the President of the UAE HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Vice-President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and to the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, on the landmark achievement. The ambassador said that the Hope Probe, the first of its kind in the Arab world, is a new achievement in the UAE's pioneering record and an indication of its progress in all areas. He also noted that the launch coincides with the world's gradual exit from the restrictions of the coronavirus pandemic, which gives new hope that nothing can stand in the way of moving forward and achieving new outstanding scientific accomplishments.
