Bahrain's Ambassador in Tokyo attends meeting with Japanese foreign minister

Tokyo, Oct. 25 (BNA): Bahrain's Ambassador in Tokyo Ahmed Mohamed Al-Dosari attended the Arab Ambassadors Council's meeting with Japan's Foreign Minister Hayashi Yoshimasa. The Japanese Minister noted that his country attaches great importance to the long-term friendly relations with the Arab countries, expressing his hope to continue strengthening cooperation with the Arab world to achieve common interests and aspirations. The Arab ambassadors called for strengthening Japanese-Arab relations in various fields and with regard to clean and renewable energy, as well as cooperation in scientific and academic fields. During the meeting, a number of issues of common concern were discussed, including the situation in Ukraine and East Asia, as well as peace in the Middle East. Both parties agreed on the importance of expanding communication and consultations.
