Bahrain's Housing minister receives lawmaker

Manama, (BNA): Housing Minister Bassem bin Yacoub Al-Hamer received North Governorate 4th constituency representative Mp. Ghazi Al-Rahma and reviewed a number of housing issues. The meeting focused on joint cooperation between the Ministry of Housing and the Council of Representatives, stressing support to ministry’s plans to address applications on the waiting list by fast-tracking projects. The two sides have also reviewed progress of work on new residential towns and the ministry’s plans to meet demands, including the Northern Governorate. Mp. Al-Rahma commended the efforts exerted by the ministry to address housing issues, affirming legislative support to the topic which represents a priority for both the Government and citizens to ensure the stability of Bahraini families.
