Bahrain's Labour Minister hails honoured companies

Manama, (BNA): Labour and Social Development Minister Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan received Bahraini companies and institutions which were honoured on the sidelines of the meetings of the GCC Labour and Social Affairs Ministers’ Committees, recently held in the State of Kuwait. The minister congratulated on their achievement which acknowledged their outstanding role in promoting Bahraini society and contributing to the development of their community. He underlined Bahrain’s landmark labour and social developments strides, urging other companies and institutions to follow in the steps of the honoured establishments and enterprises and contribute to the social and economic development of their community. He underlined the positive and complementary relations linking the Government, the private sector enterprises and the civil society institutions, describing such functional ties as the cornerstone of social development. He commended the companies and firms, which were honoured, hailing their dedication in supporting the Government-led efforts to develop national human resources.
