Bahrain's NIHR cooperation with UN media centre discussed

Manama, Sept. 27 (BNA): National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR)’s President Maria Khoury has received Sameer Al Drabea and congratulated him on his appointment as regional Director of the United Nations (UN) Media Centre for the Arabian Gulf Countries, in the presence of Abdullah Al Drazi, Vice President. Khoury praised the UN Media Centre’s role and positive contributions in boosting the media progress. Al Drabea thanked the NIHR president, aspiring to boost the cooperation to achieve all the shared goals and aspirations. The two sides also reviewed the topics of shared interest as well as ways of boosting and expanding of the bilateral cooperation.
