Bahrain's support for Palestinian cause reiterated

Manama, Feb. 8 (BNA): Council of Representatives Speaker Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Mulla today received Palestinian Ambassador to Bahrain, Taha Abdulqader, and stressed Bahrain's support for Palestine and the right of its people to establish an independent state with Al-Quds as its capital. The Speaker praised the Bahraini-Palestinian relations under the leadership of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and President Mahmoud Abbas, pointing out Bahrain's supportive stance toward the Palestinian cause in local, regional and international forum. He said the Representatives' solidarity with Palestinian people stems from the national Arab obligation.
