BBS new board visits Ombudsman General Secretariat

Manama, Mar. 3 (BNA): Members of the new Board of Directors of Bahrain Bar Society (BBS), led by Hassan Ahmed Bediwi, paid a visit today to the Ombudsman General Secretariat where they were received by Ombudsman Nawaf Mohammed Al Ma’awda, his Deputy Ghada Hamid Habib, and Directors of departments. The Ombudsman congratulated the BBS new Board of Directors on their election, wishing them every success. He praised the visit which aims to further boost cooperation between the Secretariat General and BBS. Both sides discussed ways of boosting cooperation and benefiting from mutual experiences-be they in training or serving the public. The Ombudsman reviewed the most prominent activities of the Secretariat General recently and the information and statistics included in its 8th annual report which reflect its work approach that is based on professionalism and credibility.
