BCCI, Tamkeen sign cooperation agreement

Manama, Apr. 12 (BNA): Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) and the Labour Fund (Tamkeen) have signed a cooperation agreement on launching a joint financial portfolio of BD300,000 for supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and micro-enterprises. The agreement is within both sides' national responsibility to promote the private sector's contribution to the national economy, and within the initiatives designed to address obstacles faced by employers of stalled businesses. It is also in line with Bahrain economic vision 2030 aimed at achieving the sustainable development goals.
