BDF Chief holds call with Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff

Manama, Sep. 2 (BNA): Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa held a phone call this evening with Army General Mark A. Milley, the Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS), with whom he discussed issues of common interest between the two friendly countries. Army General Mark A. Milley thanked the Commander-in-Chief on the BDF's efforts and support during the humanitarian operation by facilitating the safe transit of evacuees from Afghanistan.
