BDF Chief receives UK’s Vice-Chief of Defence Staff

Manama, Nov. 20 (BNA): Commander-in-Chief of Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, received at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel today the UK’s Vice-Chief of the Defence Staff (VCDS) Sir Timothy Fraser, on the sidelines of the 2021 Manama Dialogue forum. The BDF Commander-in-Chief welcomed him, lauding historical relations of friendship between the UK and the Kingdom of Bahrain and their development in various fields. He also reviewed with him issues of common interest. Present at the meeting were General Command Court Director Major General Hassan Mohammed Sa’ad, Military Cooperation Director Air Vice-Marshal Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman Al Khalifa and senior BDF officers.
