BDF Commander-in-Chief receives GCC Unified Military commander

Manama, Jan. 8 (BNA): BDF Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa received Lt-General Eid bin Awwad Al Shulaiwi the Commander of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Unified Military Command, in presence of Defence Affairs Minister Lt-General Abdullah bin Hassan Al Nuaimi, and Chief-of-Staff Dhiab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi. The BDF Commander-in-Chief praised the good efforts being exerted by the GCC Unified Military Command in consolidating the shared goal and destiny of the GCC countries. BDF General Command HQs’ Director Major-General Hassan Mohamed Saad, Military Cooperation's Director Naval Major-General Hashim Al Sada, and Assistant Chief-of-Staff for Operations Major-General Ghanim Ibrahim Al Fodhala, were also present.
