BDF, Royal Saudi Naval Forces conclude Bridge 22

Manama, Dec. 9 (BNA): Bahrain Defense Force (BDF) concluded today joint exercise "Bridge 22" carried out by the Royal Bahrain Naval Force and the Royal Saudi Naval Forces. The drill aimed to combate terrorist operations of petroleum installations, protect regional waters in the Arabian Gulf. It comprised a number of exercises aimed at strengthening military cooperation, unifying concepts and exchange of expertise, as well as training on the latest systems to achieve maritime integration level. The drill also targets upgrading combat performance, improving capabilities and leadership competencies The naval drill is an extension of a series of the "Bridge" exercises that are carried out between the navies of both kingdoms.
