BFEA to organise "This is Bahrain"

Manama, Dec. 14 (BNA): Bahrain Federation of Expatriate Associations (BFEA) will hold "This is Bahrain" function on December 15 from 4 pm to 11 pm at Bahrain National Stadium car parks in Riffa. The event will be organized under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa in coincidence with Bahrain's festivities marking the National Day. BFEA Secretary General Betsy Mathieson said at a press conference earlier that day by day unity and cohesion in Bahrain is getting stronger and stronger under the leadership of HM the King and thanks to the support of His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier, and Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Wife of HM the King. "This is Bahrain" function will feature many activities including competitions, raffle draws on valuable prizes and an exhibition in which embassies, schools, clubs, societies and religious organisations will take part. Moreover, the programme will also include many recreational shows by school children of various nationalities. A Bahraini popular Souq will also be organized and visitors will get a taste of free food and drinks.
