The bill on reforming of system of judicial manufacture have been considered today in the Senate

Astana, October 07, 2009 (Khabar) - The document assumes creation of institute of private judicial executors. Such practice is effectively used in France, Poland and the states of Baltic. Senators have introduced the amendments in the bill. Deputies of the upper chamber of Parliament suggest appealing against not only actions, but also inactivity of the judicial executor, a state structure and the official in the executive process. Experts consider that bill acceptance first of all will affect qualitative and operative execution of proposals and decisions on civil, administrative and to criminal cases regarding property collecting.

- Citizens will have an option to choose the judicial executor, private or state. It will create the competitive environment, quality of services will rise. The private judicial executor should have an office, and it is necessary to open the depositary and bank account, and also have own stamp.
