Brazilian President receives Bahrain’s Ambassador

Brasilia, Oct.27 (BNA): Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro metBahrain’s Ambassador to Brasilia, Bader Abbas Al-Helaibi, as part of the second meeting with the ambassadors of the GCC missions accredited to Brazil. The meeting was hosted by the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Brasilia, and in the presence of the Brazilian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Carlos Alberto França, along with senior officials of international and strategic partnerships at the Presidential Palace. President Bolsonaro expressed his thanks and appreciation to the leaders of the GCC states for their directives and their keenness to make a qualitative leap in the bilateral relations between the two sides. He also lauded the efforts of the ambassadors in the development of the Gulf-Brazilian relations, stressing his desire to develop these relations to include new and broader areas.
