Brazil's Chamber of Deputies President receives Bahraini Ambassador

Brasilia, Dec. 14 (BNA): The President of the Chamber of Deputies of Brazil, Arthur Lira, received the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain in Brasilia, Bader Abbas Al-Helaibi. During the meeting, Arthur Lira expressed his pride in the remarkable progress of the relations between the two friendly countries, citing the success of the visit paid by President Jair Bolsonaro, President of the Federative Republic of Brazil, to the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the constructive talks he had with His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, as well as his inaugurating the Brazilian Embassy in Manama, and the signing of a number of cooperation agreements and memoranda of understanding. He also stressed his keenness to support efforts to strengthen the distinguished relations between the two countries in all fields. The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain in Brasilia expressed Bahrain's keenness to advance its friendship and cooperation relations with Brazil, stressing the importance of coordination and joint cooperation between the two friendly countries at the parliamentary level. The meeting reviewed significant topics of common interest, for the benefit of the two friendly countries and peoples.
