Bryda’s whales spotted off Phetchaburi

PHETCHABURI, Oct 1 (TNA) – Ten Bryda’s whales were spotted off Phetchaburi as the whale watching season starts from October to December. Bryda’s whales have returned to feed on planktons at Kor Kai Bay, covering Phetchaburi, Samut Songkram, Samut Sakhon and Chachoengsao. Hat Chao Samran sub-district in Phetchaburi will hold tourism activities in mid-October to invite tourists to watch whales and eat crabs. Tour boats and crews have been trained on tourist safety and proper practice to keep distance from the whales during the whale watching tours. (TNA)
