Cabinet Affairs Minister receives Jordanian counterpart

Manama, Jan. 5 (BNA): Minister of Cabinet Affairs Hamad bin Faisal Al Maliki stressed steady development of cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. He lauded historical fraternal relations between both countries thanks to the care and support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussain of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The Minister of Cabinet Affairs pointed out Keenness of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister and His Royal Highness Prince Al-Hussain bin Abdullah II, the Crown Prince of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, to boost bilateral cooperation. This came during a meeting between the Minister of Cabinet Affairs and Jordanian Minister of State for Prime Ministry Affairs, Dr. Ibrahim Mashhour Al Jazi, which was held in the presence of Ministry of Cabinet Affairs Undersecretary Shaikh Isa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa. The Minister of Cabinet Affairs welcomed his Jordanian counterpart, pointing out the significance of building on the joint achievements brought about by the two brotherly countries. Both sides also discussed means of enhancing bilateral relations and reviewed the latest regional and international developments. The Jordanian Minister of State for Prime Ministry Affairs underscored continuous keenness to further cement bilateral ties to achieve common goals, wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain further growth and prosperity.
