Cabinet Minister visits Diplomatic Club in Cairo

Cairo, Feb. 9 (BNA): Cabinet Affairs Minister Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al-Mutawa, today paid a visit to the Diplomatic Club in Cairo, where he was received by Diplomatic Club President Ambassador Ashraf Harbi. Shaikh Hussam bin Isa Al Khalifa and Bahrain's Ambassador to Egypt, Permanent Representative to Arab League, Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, accompanied the Cabinet Minister. Al-Mutawa praised the Diplomatic Club role in boosting Egypt's relations with Arab and world countries, pointing out the solid deep-rooted Bahraini-Egyptian relations. A banquet, in honour of the Bahraini delegation hosted by President of the Gulf Center for Strategic Studies, was attended by Arab League Assistant Secretary-General and Egyptian writers, intellectuals, journalists and media figures. They tackled bilateral relations and regional developments.
