Cambodians arrested for motorcycle theft

RAYONG, March 26 (TNA) – Rayong police arrested six Cambodian nationals for stealing motorcycles in Chon Buri and Rayong while they confessed committing the crime for five months. The thieves are aged between 20-30 years old and one member of the gang is a woman. The police seized 15 motorcycles and equipment used for stealing the vehicles. Several motorcycle owners filed complaints to the police, who have investigated surveillance cameras and tracked the thieves. Suspects were seen pushing a motorcycle into a bungalow. The police searched the place and found the motorcycle, stolen from a hospital parking. The suspects confessed to the crime, saying they had no jobs due to expired work permits. No employers hired them, so they colluded to steal motorcycles at night from many places such as apartments and hospitals. Then, they sold the vehicles to friends at cheap prices. (TNA)
