Coast Guard Commander attends maritime security conference

Manama, July 14 (BNA): Commander of the Coast Guard, Major-General Alaa Siyadi has taken part in an online Maritime Security Conference. The virtual conference was held under the auspices of the Commander of the US Naval Central Command, Commander of the Fifth Fleet with the participation of 39 representatives from the 33 Combined Maritime Force countries. The event discussed setting a strategy to protect maritime security in the region and promote joint cooperation.
