Commander-in-chief hosts luncheon in honour of Malaysian minister

Manama, Apr. 3 (BNA): Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, today hosted a luncheon in honour of the Malaysian Defence Minister, Hishammuddin Hussein, who is currently on a visit to the Kingdom. Chief of Staff, Lieutenant-General Dhiyab bin Saqr Al-Nuaimi, Undersecretary of the Defence Affairs Ministry, Major-General Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, senior BDF officers and members of the delegation accompanying the Malaysian Defence Minister also attended. The commander-in-chief lauded the depth of the long-standing relations between the friendly countries and their peoples. They also exchanged talks on a number of matters of common interest.
