Commander-in-Chief receives Chief of Pakistan Air Force

Manama, Feb. 22 (BNA): Commander-in-Chief of Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, received today Chief of Pakistan Air Force, Air Marshal Zaheer Ahmad Babar Sidu, and his accompanying delegation, in the presence of Defence Minister, Lieutenant General Abdullah bin Hassan Al Nuaimi, and Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Dhiab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi. The BDF Commander-in-Chief praised deep relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, stressing the need to further develop them mainly in the military and defence field. The meeting was attended by Defence Ministry Undersecretary Major General Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, General Command Court Director Major General Hassan Mohammed Sa’ad, Assistant Chief of Staff for Supply and Catering Rear Admiral Yousef Ahmed Malallah, Riffa Air Base Commander Air Vice Marshal Ahmed Ali Al Sadah, Maintenance and Technical Supply Director Rear Admiral Anwar Abdullah Al Jowder, the Royal Bahrain Naval Force Commander Rear Admiral Mohammed Yousef Al Asam, Military Cooperation Director Air Vice Marshal Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman Al Khalifa and BDF senior officers.
