Commander-in-Chief receives UAE Ambassador

Manama, Mar. 11 (BNA): Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, received at the BDF General Command today the UAE Ambassador to Bahrain, Shaikh Sultan bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al-Nahyan. Defence Affairs Minister, Lieutenant-General Abdulla bin Hassan Al-Nuaimi, and Chief of Staff, Lieutenant-General Dhiyab bin Saqr Al-Nuaimi, were present. The commander-in-chief welcomed the UAE Ambassador, and lauded the strength of the deep-rooted relations between the two brotherly countries. Director of the BDF General Command’s Court, Major-General Hassan Mohammed Saad, and a number of senior BDF officers also attended the meeting.
