Commander-in-Chief receives USNAVCENT/Fifth Fleet commander

Manama, Feb. 10 (BNA): BDF Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa received Commander of the United States Naval Forces Central Command (USNAVCENT) and Commander of the US Fifth Fleet Admiral James Malloy and his accompanying delegation, in presence of Defence Affairs Minister Lt-General Abdullah bin Hassan Al Nuaimi, and BDF Chief-of-Staff Lt-General Dhiab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi. The Commander-in-chief praised the Bahrain-US friendship ties noting the steady progress of these ties in various arenas, especially the military coordination and defence cooperation.
