Constitutional Court to consider Constitutional Case 1/2018

Manama, Oct. 22 (BNA): Shaikh Khalifa bin Rashid Al Khalifa will preside over the Constitutional Court's session on October 24 to consider the Constitutional Case 1/2018 lodged against the constitutionality of Article 8-ditto of the Court of Cassation Law issued by Law-Decree 8/1989 and added by Law Decree 23/2015, for allegedly violating the provisions of Articles 18, 20/F and 31 of the Constitution.
