Constitutional Court participates in Arab scientific forum

Cairo, Dec. 21 (BNA): A Constitutional Court delegation headed by Judge Isa Mubarak Al Kaabi participated in the 11th scientific forum of the Union of Arab Constitutional Courts and Councils. Al Kaabi presented a research entitled (Challenges of the Constitutional Judiciary in Performing Its Duties) which included a number of axes highlighting the importance of the Bahraini Constitutional Court in safeguarding constitutional rights and freedom. He stressed the importance of such forums to exchange experiences within the framework of the constitutional judiciary.
