Council of Representatives Speaker meets Ain Shams University President

Cairo, Dec. 25(BNA): Ain Shams University President Dr. Mahmoud Al Metiny hailing the farsighted vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa in spearheading Bahrain’s wide-ranging development. He hailed the royal vision which, he said, ushered in a phase of modern development for the present and future of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Dr. Al Metiny paid the tribute to HM the King as he met Speaker Fawzia bint Abdulla Zainal, currently leading a delegation from the Council of Representatives on an official visit. He congratulated the Kingdom on the successful launch of the first Bahraini-Emirati nanosatellite, “Light-1”, stressing the university’s support to space science and academic research. He hailed strong bilateral relations binding Egypt and Bahrain, stressing the keenness of Ain Shams University in accommodating Bahraini students enrolled at the university.
