Crown Prince concludes official visit to the UAE

Abu Dhabi, Mar. 14 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister today departed for Bahrain after concluding an official visit to the United Arab Emirates. During the visit, His Royal Highness met HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, affirming the deep-rooted ties between Bahrain and the UAE. Wide-ranging discussions included ways to further strengthen bilateral cooperation across various areas. The leaders also addressed various regional and international developments and issues of mutual interest. His Royal Highness the Crown Prince was accompanied by His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity and Youth Affairs, President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, His Highness Shaikh Mohamed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, and a number of Bahraini ministers and senior officials. HH Lt-General Shaikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior and a number of senior Emirati officials attended the departure ceremony.
