CSB participates in IFTDO Conference/Expo

Dubai: March 25 – (BNA): The Kingdom of Bahrain participated in the 43rd International Federation of Training and Development Organizations (IFTDO Conference/ Expo2014) in Dubai, UAE. The Civil Service Bureau (CSB) Head of Human Resources Department Mohammed Salman Al-Aradi represented Bahrain at the event. The conference explored the experiences of participating countries in the area of human resources development and its impact in developing the organization. The conference also discussed optimum solutions for snags facing human resources departments in oldest world-class organizations at the hands of skilled coaches from all over the world. The participants recommended the essential need for all educational and training organizations and directorates to prepare future leaderships - especially second and third echelon leaderships -who should be capable of coping with future challenges and to focus on instruction and guidance programmes so as to prepare young graduates, draw a clear-cut roadmap connected to future requirements of the labour market. The participants urged all private and public sector officials to embrace young efficacies through the provision of job opportunities and to boost career growth and promotion. (IY)
