Customs president attends key meeting

Riyadh, Nov. 24 (BNA): The GCC Customs Union Commission held its fourth joint meeting with the private sector. Customs President Shaikh Ahmed bin Hamad bin Ahmed Al-Khalifa attended the meeting at the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) General-Secretariat in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The delegations focused on the (GCC) General-Secretariat’s report on direct automated transfer of fees, results of the extraordinary meetings and other key issues. The panel agreed to convene joint meetings between the GCC Customs Union Commission, the private sector and (GCC) General-Secretariat.
