Customs president meets US ambassador

Manama, Feb.4 (BNA): President of Customs, Shaikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalifa received the American Ambassador to Bahrain William Roebuck. They discussed various customs-related topics, including training cooperation between the two countries. As part of this cooperation a regional course will be held in March on procedures to activate the World Trade Organization agreement on facilitation of trade. The US envoy asserted the importance of customs cooperation between the two countries for further development in the customs sector.
