Defence Minister receives US Defence Security Cooperation Agency director

Manama, Oct.28 (BNA): Defence Affairs Minister Lieutenant-General Abdulla bin Hassan Al-Nuaimi received Director of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency Heidi Grant and the accompanying delegation. The Defence Affairs Minister welcomed the US official, hailing historic relations and friendship binding the Kingdom of Bahrain and the USA, focusing on ways of further strengthening steadily-growing ties in all fields, particularly defence and military cooperation. In attendance were Rear Admiral Yussef Ahmed Malallah, Royal Bahrain Airforce Commander Air Vice-Marshal Shaikh Hamad bin Abdulla Al-Khalifa, Maintenance and Technical Supply director Rear Admiral Anwar Abdulla Al-Jowder, BDF planning and armament director Major-General Shaikh Salman bin Khalid Al-Khalifa and other senior officers.
