Delegated by HM the King, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad attends the inauguration of July 3 Naval Base in Egypt

Cairo, July 3 (BNA): Delegated by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, HM’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, National Security Advisor and Royal Guard Commander His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa attended today the inauguration of the July 3 Naval Base, located in Gargoub area in the country’s northwest coast, following an invitation extended to HM the King by Egypt’s President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi. The invitation reflects solid historic relations spanning years between the two brotherly countries and peoples, led by HM the King and President El-Sisi, aimed to strengthen the Arab might . Bahrain also takes deepest pride in Egypt’s landmark strides across all development fields, led by President Al-Sisi, in light of strong relations and solid joint cooperation. HH Shaikh Nasser said that he was honoured to attend the inauguration, on behalf of HM the King. He said that he had conveyed congratulations from HM the King to the Egyptian President on the inauguration of the naval milestone. He commended the strides achieved by the Egyptian armed forces in the maneuvers which were held during the opening ceremony, reflecting their competence and ability to carry out all deputies. “The July 3 Naval Base is one of the modern military edifices that reflects the development and progress that the Egyptian Armed Forces had achieved, supported by the Egyptian President”, he said, wishing Egypt and its people further progress, prosperity, security and stability, led by President Al Sisi.
