The Deputy King awards government service centers receiving gold classification under the ‘Taqyeem’ evaluation

Manama, Mar. 12 (BNA): The Deputy King, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa today awarded 10 government service centers that received gold classification under ‘Taqyeem' - a government service center evaluation system that tracks key performance indicators to improve public service delivery - at Gudaiybia Palace. The Deputy King emphasised that enhancing public services remains an important priority for the Kingdom, and plays a key role in its comprehensive development. The Deputy King expressed his gratitude to government employees for their efforts in promoting excellence and innovation in their different work streams, ensuring the delivery of government services continues at the highest standards. The Deputy King also highlighted the Government Service Centers Evaluation Committee's efforts throughout the evaluation, in accordance with the highest standards and best practices. The winning government service centres were then awarded by HRH as follows: 1. Muharraq Governorate Police Directorate 2. Electricity and Water Authority’s customer service center in Muharraq 3. Electricity and Water Authority’s customer service center in Country Mall 4. Tamkeen’s customer service center at the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce & Industry 5. Tamkeen’s customer service center in Seef Mall 6. Information and eGovernment Authority’s ID branch in Isa Town 7. Information and eGovernment Authority’s ID branch in Seef Mall – Muharraq 8. Municipal One Stop Shop 9. Bahrain Investors Center 10. Precious Metals and Gemstone Testing Directorate at the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism A number of Ministers and senior officials also attended the ceremony.
