The Deputy King receives the Chairman of DERASAT

Manama, Apr. 24 (BNA): The Deputy King, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, received the Chairman of the Bahrain Center for Strategic, International and Energy Studies (DERASAT), HE Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, at Riffa Palace. During the meeting, DERASAT’s newly issued book "Two Prosperous Decades," which commemorates the accomplishments of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s over the past two decades, was presented to the Deputy King by HE Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Khalifa. The Deputy King highlighted the Kingdom’s wide-ranging achievements that continue to flourish under the leadership of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. The Deputy King reiterated the Kingdom’s commitment to achieving its far-reaching development goals, which place citizens at the heart of all development efforts. The Deputy King went on to note the book’s success in capturing the different accomplishments that have been achieved during HM’s reign, stressing the importance of continuously documenting Bahrain’s rich history. For his part, HE Dr. Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Khalifa expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to meet with the Deputy King and thanked him for the ongoing support he extends to the DERASAT.
