Deputy Premier arrives in Tunisia

Tunis, Mar. 30 (BNA): Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa arrived in Tunisia today heading Bahrain’s delegation to the 30th Arab Summit. He was officially welcomed by mainly former Tunisian Premier Habib Essid, the Special Advisor to the Tunisian President for Political Affairs, State Minister Sabri Bacha Tabaji and senior officials. The Deputy Premier was also welcomed by Foreign Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Bahraini Ambassador to Egypt and Permanent Representative to the Arab League Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Bahraini Ambassador to Tunisia Ibrahim Mahmood Ahmed and members of the Bahraini delegation to the summit. The summit will kick off tomorrow Sunday (March 31) to discuss issues on its agenda in light of the outcome of the preparatory meetings of the Arab Foreign Ministers.
