Deputy Premier receives Award for Humanitarian Work

Manama, Nov. 24 (BNA): Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa received at Gudaibiya Palace today Board Chairman of the Regional Network for Social Responsibility Professor Yussef Abdul Ghaffar Abdullah and Deputy Board Chairman Professor Ali Al-Ibrahimi. Prof. Yussef Abdul Ghaffar voiced honour in granting the network's annual Award for Humanitarian Work, which is named this session after Kuwaiti Amir Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah, to HRH the Deputy Premier. He said choosing the Deputy Premier, who is Board of Trustees Chairman of Isa Award for Service to Humanity, is a tribute for his outstanding role and efforts in supporting humanitarian work and serving the Bahrain community. The Deputy Prime Minister expressed thanks for the honour, hailing the role of the Regional Network for Social Responsibility in raising awareness of community responsibility and wishing the institution every success.
