Deputy Premier receives US ambassador

Manama, Aug. 20 (BNA): Deputy Prime Minister His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa received US Ambassador to Bahrain Justin Hicks Siberell. The Deputy Premier praised the longstanding Bahrain-US friendship and cooperation, citing the ambassador's efforts in bolstering the bilateral ties in various fields in the interest of both friendly countries and peoples. They reviewed regional and international issues, stressing the significance of concerted efforts to achieve regional and global security and stability.
