DERASAT, Bibliotheca Alexandrina sign agreement

Alexandria, Jan. 17 (BNA): The Bahrain Centre for Strategic, International and Energy Studies (DERASAT) signed a memorandum of understanding for cultural cooperation with Alexandria Library. DERASAT board of trustees' chairman Khalid Al-Fadhala sealed the agreement with Alexandria Library director Ismail Serageldin in Egypt. The deal was signed on the sidelines of the 3rd International Conference on countering extremism. Bibliotheca Alexandrina is organising the three-day event, which opened today, under the theme "The World Is Rising Up: United Against Extremism"
