Development of towns

Pavlodar, May 15, 2009 (Khabar) - Delegates from Aksu town will take part in 12th congress of “Nur Otan” party. Gennadiy Rubtsov, entrepreneur, head of deputy faction in local maslikhat plans to speak about the problems of towns, youth, lending of small and medium-sized businesses. And he intends to present some suggestions on improvement of party work. Aksu office of “Nur Otan” party is one of the numerous in Pavlodar region with 11,5 000 people. And all the members of the party are very active, 5 delegates will leave for Astana congress from Aksu. Gennadiy Rubtsov is a respected man in the town, he leads the public movement “Aksu is our common home”. Being an entrepreneur he often helps orphanages and old people. And he says it is necessary to do concrete affairs but not just to pay membership fee. He received his membership card 10 years ago and says public councils help to solve people’s problems.

- Now every issue is open and earlier people addressed with such their problems as land lot receiving, queues and now they don’t ask such questions. They just ask for consultation and advice concerning some issue. And we are also glad with this, as we see the results of our work. I think we will continue this work and raise its quality.

Realization of “road map” will begin soon in Aksu where 50 000 people live. The town will receive over half a billion tenge for repair of schools, hospitals and roads.

- All of us wait from congress new suggestions and approaches. Much has been done and much we must do in future. I think delegates of congress will present our suggestions and they will be realized actively.

Gennadiy Rubtsov wants to discuss support of youth initiatives, lending of small and medium-sized businesses, and increasing of quality of state services.
