DPRK Order to Vietnamese

Pyongyang, September 24 (KCNA) -- Ngo Thi Minh Ha, rector of Vietnam-DPRK Friendship Kindergarten, was awarded Order of DPRK Friendship 2nd Class with due ceremony at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on Monday.
