Education Minister meets IBE director

Manama, Dec. 17 (BNA): Education Minister Dr. Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al Nuaimi received International Bureau of Education (IBE) director Yao Ydo and Senior Education Specialist Renato Oberti on the sidelines of the RewirEd Summit, which was held in Dubai, the UAE. Ydo congratulated the Kingdom of Bahrain on becoming a member of the IBE which represents a key offshoot of the The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO). The Minister of Education thanked the IBE director for the congratulations, stressing that the Kingdom of Bahrain would spare during its membership to achieve the IBE strategy and upcoming programmes.
