Education Minister participates in Transforming Education Pre-Summit

Paris, June 29 (BNA): Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al Nuaimi participated in the Transforming Education Pre-Summit, which was held at the UNESCO. The summit witnessed the participation of more than 150 education ministers, and specialists in educational affairs from different countries of the world. The event is in preparation for the Education Transformation Summit to be held next September, coinciding with the convening of the United Nations General Assembly in New York. The summit discussed education, and how to reach a common vision during the upcoming summit, focusing on themes related to schools, quality lifelong education, teachers, education financing and digital transformation, to develop action plan initiatives that include best practices to achieve these goals.
