Egyptian Premier hails relations with Bahrain

Cairo, Feb.10 (BNA): Egyptian Prime Minister Sherif Ismail received Cabinet Affairs Minister Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al-Mutawa, and the accompanying delegation, and reviewed strong bilateral relations in all fields. The Egyptian Premier hailed strong bilateral relations in all fields, stressing the importance of such meetings to bolster coordination and exchange views regarding issues of mutual interest and enhance economic cooperation, in addition to increasing Bahraini investments in Egypt. He extended his greetings to His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa, wishing Bahrain further progress and prosperity. Al-Mutawa also conveyed greetings from HRH the Premier, wishing Egypt and its people further development, progress and prosperity. He lauded strong historic relations binding Bahrain and Egypt, highlighting steadily-growing cooperation in all fields. He hailed Egypt-led strenuous efforts to combat terrorism, achieve sustainable development and economic reform, stressing Bahrain’s keenness on bolstering joint cooperation in light of mounting regional challenges. He paid tribute to the Government and people of Egypt for their unwavering stance in support of the measures undertaken by the Kingdom to maintain its security and stability.
