Electricity minister receives company delegation

Manama, Oct. 17 (BNA): Electricity and Water Affairs Minister Dr. Abdulhussain bin Ali Mirza received a delegation from commercial developer of utilities and specialist solutions provider to the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries OAK Utility Solutions and Development, led by its Chief Executive Officer Gareth Brown. The two sides discussed the services the company offers and their desire to set up a plant to produce energy from waste in Bahrain. The minister said the Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) welcomes cooperation with international companies that use modern technology to produce electricity and water to serve Bahrain’s future needs. EWA Executive Vice President for Distribution and Customer Services Adnan Mohammed Fakhro and other officials were present.
